TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

• The Roam Rewards Giveaway (“Campaign”) is open to all residents and travelers currently based in the UAE aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must have independently travelled to multiple countries in the year 2025 (1 January – 31 December 2025), excluding their home country and country of residence.
• Only individuals applying personally and submitting their own details are eligible. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
• Participants must complete the official Roam Rewards Application Form to enter the Campaign.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the official Roam Rewards submission form, which includes:

• Personal Information: Full name, nationality, passport details, email, and contact number.
• Social Media Verification: Instagram handle.
• Travel History Declaration: Covering all trips taken in 2025.

Mandatory Uploads:

• Clear photos or scans of passport entry and exit stamps for all 2025 travel.
• If entry or exit stamps are not issued by immigration, flight tickets (e-tickets or boarding passes) must be provided.
• Hotel reservations or valid accommodation proof.
• Travel photos (optional but recommended for verification).
• A short write-up titled “Why you deserve to be a member of Roam Rewards” (maximum 300 words).

All uploads must be authentic, unedited, clearly legible, and belong solely to the participant.

3. Verification Process

• Lets Visa will verify all submissions using uploaded documentation and internal assessment criteria.
• If any document is unclear, incomplete, or suspicious, the participant may be contacted for additional verification.
• Participants must provide any further documentation requested to complete the verification process.
• Submissions failing to provide accurate or complete proof will be disqualified.
• Only submissions completed and received within the campaign period (23 December – 31 January) will be evaluated.

4. Winner Selection

• Ten (10) winners will be selected based on the highest number of verified countries visited in 2025.

In the event of a tie, selection will consider:

• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation.
• Quality and clarity of the “Why you should win this” write-up.

• Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within five (5) days of notification.
• Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Prize Details

The winners will receive one (1) year of free visa assistance service fees and visa fee coverage from Lets Visa, valid for the year 2026 (“Prize”).

5.1 The Prize Includes:

• Visa assistance service fees for all travel visas submitted in 2026.
• Visa fee coverage for Tier 1 / Single Entry visa categories only, payable for the minimum stay duration or minimum fee slab.
• Travel insurance only to the extent required for visa submission, using basic coverage appropriate to the specific visa.
• Official visa service provider fees (such as VFS, BLS, etc.) only if included or mandatory in the standard Tier 1 / Single Entry visa process.

5.2 The Prize Excludes:

• Multiple-entry, long-term, or visa upgrade fees (winners may pay the difference if required).
• Premium or optional travel insurance upgrades.
• Priority, express, fast-track, or expedited processing fees.
• VFS, BLS, centre service charges, courier fees, or any third-party fees unless explicitly part of the standard Tier 1 / Single Entry fee.
• Work, residency, sponsorship, immigration, or study visa categories.
• Any visa reapplication or resubmission fees following a rejection.
• All travel-related expenses including flights, accommodation, transport, tours, meals, or incidentals.
• Any service or visa type not typically handled by Lets Visa.
• Any optional premium add-ons not mandatory for visa processing.
• Only one visa application may be processed at a time; multiple country applications cannot be submitted simultaneously.

6. Conditions of Use

• The Prize is non-transferable, non-cashable, and non-creditable.
• The Prize cannot be exchanged for money, credit, vouchers, or refunds.
• The Prize is valid only for the winner and cannot be used for family or friends.
• All visa applications must be processed strictly through Lets Visa platforms.
• Winners must adhere to all Lets Visa document submission timelines and guidelines.

7. Disqualification

• Lets Visa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits false, edited, or misleading documentation.
• Violates any campaign rules or conditions.
• Fails to provide additional verification when requested.
• Submits inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarised content.
• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway, create duplicate submissions, or interfere with the process.

8. Publicity & Rights

• By participating, entrants grant Lets Visa permission to feature their name, photos, travel content, or social media handle across marketing channels.
• Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities including photos, interviews, social media features, or testimonial videos.

9. Liability

• Lets Visa is not responsible for visa decisions, delays, rejections, or actions taken by embassies or consulates.
• Lets Visa will not be liable for any loss, travel disruption, cancellation, or damage incurred by the participant.

10. General

• By entering the Campaign, participants agree to all Terms & Conditions.
• Lets Visa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.
• All decisions related to eligibility, verification, and winner selection are final and rest solely with Lets Visa.

11. Operational Discretion & Amendments

• Lets Visa retains full discretion to amend or redefine eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, or procedural steps.
• Lets Visa may determine whether a specific visa type or service component falls within standard processing.
• Any costs falling outside standard visa or assistance processes may be billed to the winner and must be paid prior to submission.
• These conditions may be updated at any time to align with operational, regulatory, or embassy requirements without prior notice.
